Circle Facilitation for Difficult Conversations
We sometimes find ourselves in situations where communication is hard, despite our best intentions and efforts. Circle processes can allow people to get to the heart of things and find ways to move forward together. Best suited for smaller groups with ongoing relationships. Each situation is unique and merits a customized approach. Daryl holds a Masters degree in conflict transformation from the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding at Eastern Mennonite University.

I'm delighted to debut this website.  It's overdue, yet for some reason it only feels right now.  

Music has always been at the core of my being.  When I was young, people told me how much the expressiveness of my musicking communicated to them.  But it was only when I overcame my perfectionism and began writing songs that I felt I was finally expressing the things deep inside that my soul needed to communicate.  I have found that songwriting and singing are how I can be my best self – to discover and share…Read more
