Sopa Sol will again provide music at YWCA Lancaster's Take Back the Night, highlighting April as sexual assault awareness month. Speaker Billie Travalini is author of "Blood Sisters: A Memoir". She plans to speak on the need for listening and ensuring people that their voice matters.
